I like the idea of the long afternoon shadows falling across the tomb stones. There's a metaphor in there somewhere. I'd like to see this shot taken at ground level (which means you'd have to lie on your tummy in a graveyard, but one must suffer for their art, or at least maybe get damp).

Yes, you're right, the angle could be better. I should have gotten lower. I did like how warm the shot looked, which to me contrasted with the subject.

Becca, I hope you didn't take my comment as a criticism! I didn't mean to imply "should", but "what if". I'm an artist and just have to turn things inside out. I too appreciate the warmness of the shot which does contrast with the idea of the coldness of death.

I LOVE your work and it brightens my day to stop by and find something new up. Keep making pictures!
